Solidarity contribution on tobacco
This contribution is an important issue regarding innovative financing for development, especially in favour of health care.
Publication of an expert report about the Solidarity Contribution on Tobacco (SCT)
The study presented here gives us an insight of this new international device aiming at financing healthcare endorsed by the World Health Organization (WHO).
This mechanism would generate additional funds in favour of developement and at the same time, could stand as a real proposal to take up major health issues, such as reducing tobacco smoking. In order to have access to this document (pdf), click here :
