Three European Development Ministers, Mr. Pascal Canfin (France), Mr. Dirk Niebel (Germany) and Mr. Jean-Pascal Labille (Belgium) signed an article, published in the Belgian and Spanish press, calling for an allocation of part of the revenues from the FTT to development.
